Step 2: Complete the sign up agreement (it will be sent to you) and then send back.
Step 3: You will then be emailed a fillable PDF Template. SAVE a blank form on your computer for future postings. Complete another form and send back for inclusion in the next bulletin.
Step 4: Contact your volunteers and ask if they'd like to be included in the sharing of this information. (For example, every week, you will send out information to these volunteers about the opportunities available for them to get involved). However you choose to do this is up to you. Please note that it is expected that participation in the program indicates a willingness to also share other organizations opportunities.
Step 5: Wait for volunteers to contact you then screen, place and train as per your organization's policies.
Submissions will be posted for a maximum of 3 weeks. The Weekly Bulletin will be delivered to your inbox (via Mailchimp) every Friday.
IMPORTANT: VMG will only share these opportunities, we will not screen, in any way, potential volunteers - nor should this be expected from any participating organizations.
