VMG Member's meetings take place 7 months of the year, including a social event in June and an AGM in December. We invite guest speakers, who are doing something exciting in the sector and/or who have lots of experience to present on topics such as: volunteer recognition, risk management, events, certification for volunteer managers, recruitment, public speaking, and more.
Our meetings are short (we want to utilize your time in the most efficient way) and take place in the morning, so you can easily stop in on your way to work, and start the day feeling inspired and motivated.
8:45 AM Doors open 9:00 AM Meeting begins (speaker, announcements, discussions, etc.) 10:30 AM Meeting ends 10:30 - 11:00 Networking (optional)
VMG is happy to provide coffee and snacks at the meetings!
Generally meetings take place at Norwood Child and Family Resource Centre located at 9516 - 114 Avenue NW.
